1/48 Tamiya P-51 with Loon Model's D-5
conversion. I was a bit skeptical
when I
first picked up the box, but when I opened it and looked at the
conversion, I
was very impressed! No bubbles, no warpage, and was a perfect fit with the Tamiya
bits. I used Alclad II polished aluminum overall and
Aeromaster decals. The lower invasion
stripes are decal
while the upper stripes are paint. I’m extremely pleased
with the
results.
